La Traviata Beirut is Manu's gift to us from Bologna home of the Italian Ristorante, where the pride is in the pasta. Hand made daily with a mother's recipes of joy and tossed into your plate we serve one of the freshest cuisine Beirut has to offer. The stuffed ravioli, the woven tagliatelle and the ribboned tortellini embrace every topping. Our organic eggs and olive oil compliment making the lightest of sauces and carry the richest of tastes. The variety of lasagnas offered weekly are age old house recipes of preparing salmon and mortadella. Our meats waiting to be cooked for no more than a day are procured fresh every morning. Our wines and coffees are imported straight from Italy. Round off with a dessert, the Flavor of the Day Tiramisu perhaps prepared from a three hundred year old recipe, the experience of dining in Europe's most romantic Capital of Culture is complete.
