Renowned Lebanese model and female empowerment advocate, Nour Arida, emphasized the need for access to menstrual products for all women, particularly those in shelters or conflict settings. She has highlighted that “1.2 million Lebanese fled their homes and are in shelters or even on the streets as a result of the Israeli escalations on Lebanon. Many of them are women. I know we don’t talk a lot about this topic, but it needs to be addressed.
