On January 16th 2013 the students of the class FBM 351: Food, Beverage, and Labor Cost Control hosted the 9th traditional annual dinner of the DHTM.
The students of FBM 351 were required to carry out a project, which consists of designing, executing, costing, serving, and evaluating a fine dining venue with open bar.
This dinner was a traditional venue that had been successfully held for the past eight years, at NDU's main campus restaurant.
The primary source of funding of the annual Cost Control Dinner was from corporate sponsors, such as your esteemed institution.
