Mohammad Hussein from Egypt was the second contestant to leave the academy, Abdel Salam El Zayed from Kuwait was chosen by the Arab's votes while Ali Chadad from Lebanon was elected by his fellow contestants to remain in the academy and was given a second chance to improve himself. Those three were caught in the circle of danger for this week after their last evaluation. The evaluation had demanded that the students choose a humanitarian issue, select a song relevant to that topic, and create some sort of a challenge to reflect the case they have chosen. The three nominees did not meet the required standards which led to their nomination, and thus Mohammad Hussein was voted out. This proves no mercy at the academy, you are not only required to prove you vocal skills, but to also learn how to be creative and widen you imagination.

The guest star of the prime yesterday was "Assala" where she has performed the most beautiful collection of her songs with the students. It is quite challenging to sing next to her as her wide ranged voice rise so high on the stadium. However, she is there for support and will provide the students with the proper advice and the steps needed to attain success and stardom. As they stopped to mention the top 5 list for this week, Lea Makhoul, from Lebanon, who had topped the list last week and won a trip to Greece, dropped down to rank 4 as she couldn't maintain a certain level of advancement. Leith Abou Jaoude from Palestine, however, topped the list and certainly received a reward. He will spend a day outside the academy, which will definitely include plenty of surprises along with shopping.

Hilda Khalife, and as usual, added a twist to the program and came out with a very stylish yet simple dress. It was Dolce & Gabbana this time; a black flowery sleeveless dress that extended beyond the knees with classy black shoes and loosened hairstyle.

It's only the beginning; many surprises are yet to come along with many disappointments. We wish the contestants the best of luck, and hope they maintain a strong determination to reach the set target, but surely there will only be one winner...
