Day 1: Tuesday September 17th, 2019
AMMAN

Departure to Amman.
The trip will start with the visit of the "8 circles city", a perfect blend between ancient and middle-eastern modernity:

We will enjoy a graffiti tour in some of Amman's streets, then have lunch in one of the city's famous restaurants, then we will visit the country's most famous winery: "Zumot"- Saint Georges. The day will end in Amman's very own Books@cafe.

Day 2: Wednesday September 18th, 2019
AMMAN - GHOR EL MAZRAA - DEAD SEA - MUJIB

A real trip is one where we learn something, share, and discover other communities. Tomatoes, recycling, handicrafts, olive oil and eye liner will all come together when we tag along with Zikra, a local NGO, to visit the community of Ghor el Mazraa.

Food will also be part of this process as we will enjoy a traditional meal, and how it is made.

In the afternoon, it will be time for mud play! Curative mud, and water so salty that no life is possible... You guessed it! We will go to the dead sea to enjoy a few hours of cure, sea and fun in the lowest place on the planet.

And in the evening we will enjoy the magic of the dead sea.

Day 3: Thursday September 19th, 2019
DEAD SEA - MUJIB RESERVE - LITTLE PETRA

Mujib is a wonderful place for nature lovers who are fit and enjoy walking. After about an hour you'll get to the falls (18m high), where you can rest and swim in the pools beneath the cascading water.

At the end of the day we will experience the baking of Arboud bread and Arabian coffee making. Because nothing beats a night full of stars, we will experience a stargazing night with a specialist.

Day 4: Friday September 20th, 2019
LITTLE PETRA - PETRA - AMMAN

The day will be spent exploring Petra's beautiful canyon and Nabatean city. This will be a long day of walking as the site is huge. But it is part of the 1001 sites to see before in your lifetime. In the evening, we will learn to cook like a Bedouin and experience Zarb, a treasure of Bedouin culture.

We will share a small bite while watching a Jordanian movie.

Day 5: Saturday September 21st, 2019
AMMAN - DESERT CASTLES - AZRAQ - AMMAN

Desert Castles sound mysterious and wonderful. They truly are actually. These places speak of a time when the Arabs ruled a huge empire; they tell stories of trade, oasis, and politics. Keep your eyes open, we might meet some of the Bedouins who still live there, and learn more about their ancestral life style.

We will have lunch in the Azraq reserve, before returning to Amman, where you will enjoy some free time for shopping, chilling, walking around, napping, etc. Then we will enjoy a last dinner together, discussing cultural and social topics, as well as the challenges the country faces.

Evening transfer to the Airport.

PRICE PER PERSON:
1750 USD / per person - double occupancy
+ 250 USD per person for single occupancy

The first non-refundable non-transferable payment of 50% must be done in order to secure plane tickets and hotel reservations BEFORE AUGUST 25. The second non-refundable non-transferable payment will have to be made before SEPTEMBER 12, 2019.

Please let us know if you prefer paying the entire trip in one shot.

Please note that we will do a meeting end of August to present the program and discuss logistical details. It will also be a great opportunity to meet before the trip, and to get to know each other before spending 5 wonderful days together.

• Round-trip ticket Beirut - Amman - Beirut
• Tourleb's presence during the stay (except on the way back to Beirut)
• Very clean, centered and charming 3-star accommodations
• Assistance at the Airport upon arrival and on departure
• Transport in an air-conditioned bus for the duration of the trip
• Full board stay (except drinks and shishas) from the lunch on day 1 to the dinner on day 5
• All entrance fees and mentioned activities as well as exclusive visits
• English speaking national guide
• Simultaneous translation to French provided by Tourleb, if necessary

• A Jordanian movie night and discussion
• Wi-Fi in the bus for the duration of the trip (Only if the connection allows it - TBA)

• Transport to and from Beirut's Airport
• Visa charges (Lebanese don't need one, but foreigners do)
