Jounieh International Festival came to a big end with the English singer Jessie J, born Jessica Ellen Cornish. The R&B/Soul artist has managed to entice the public during a mind blowing concert she gave for the first time in Lebanon. The night filled with exhilaration and joy provided a charming finale for the festival.
Jessie J energized the audience, who rose to a state of euphoria as they listened to the star rocking the stage with an exalting voice and guitar play beautifully synchronized with a highly performing musical band. The star presented a bouquet of hits including, Masterpiece, Flashlight, Price Tag, Who's Laughing Now, Stay with Me, Bang Bang. Each of the songs was accompanied by a dance show warmly applauded by the enchanted public.
Number one in her country and in other countries as well, Jessie J has won several world prizes. Her musical career started in 2003 at the early age of 15, after she participated in a pop music program for promising young talents. Jessie J was ranked first; later on, she pursued her journey by writing songs for other artists, until she embarked on her own singing career path in 2011. Jessie made a great success and her songs hit quickly the top of the sales charts.
Jessie, who shaved her hair to support people affected by cancer, succeeded today in stealing the public's heart, this time, at the Jounieh International Festival.
