In the presence of media figures, Sim Dabbous Kalache officially launched her new song, titled “Zombie & Loo,” in both Arabic and English languages, during a luncheon held at Dip N Dip, which recently opened its doors at Le Mall Dbayeh. Sim thanked the audience for supporting her, the work team that contributed to the success of the video clip, director Aya Abu Jaoude, “Ridaa” boutique that took care of her looks, and Rayan Hinnawi, who took care of her hair styling and makeup.

Sim is a Lebanese Canadian Artist whose family reveals that “She always sings in her sleep ever since she was a baby!”

She decided to share her voice, literally, with the world, starting by merging her two worlds and cultures being Lebanon and Canada, and mashing up songs in multiple languages. Not only she is multi lingual but is distinguished by perfecting these languages through song and performance as well! With a strong sense of musical ear, she also plays several instruments and her favorite is the piano.

Sim attended L’Academie de Musique à Montreal” and completed her classical voice program, while also completing her University Degrees in Art History & Animal Sciences as well as 3D Animation.

She believes that we are all shaped by our Musical influences in life; and some of her favorites are Mozart, Rachmaninov, Danny Elfman, Hans Zimmer and John Williams.

Her biggest inspiration and motivation is her own Family.

She is also a TV Presenter, Producer and she was an Animal Sciences and English Literature teacher.

Sim’s favorite motto that she swears by is “Life is Beautiful when You and only You decide it’s beautiful”. Also “When there is a will, there is always a way, So never give up on your dreams!!!”
