Kane Island is a lost island mentioned in ancient texts, believed to be the site where the famous battle of Arginusae took place between the Athenians and Spartans in the 406 century BC. Recently, Kane Island has been rediscovered.

 

Thus, nothing is truly lost and hope really does exist.
