On the 12th of June, as the 2014 WORLD CUP witnessed its first kick-off, REPUBLIC with the collaboration of all sponsors (Samsung, Almaza, Continental, Beirut Circle, Sports Experts, Pixel Art, DéliFrance and ANB) hosted press members and guests to witness the launch of the long awaited FIFA event.

The 20th FIFA World Cup scheduled from 12 June to 13 July 2014 was directly transmitted @ REPUBLIC restaurants in Zalka, Kaslik and Jbeil. a total of 64 matches were  broadcasted on indoor and outdoor gigantic screens.

Organized by Promar, the event was characterized by authentic Brazilian themes, ranging from decoration to dynamic shows of Samba, brought loud by cheerleaders and percussionists.
