The Executive Committees of the Lebanese American Renaissance Partnership (LARP) in the USA and in Lebanon, in collaboration with the American Lebanese Chamber of Commerce (AmCham Lebanon), Hosted on June 26, 2015, the Opening Ceremony of the LARP III Mission at the Phoenicia Hotel in Beirut. The event unveiled its philanthropic project which is offering suits for the volunteers of the Lebanese Civil Defense putting the spotlight on this charitable endeavor. LARP’s main mission is being committed to supporting the civil society and civic institutions of Lebanon, lifting up the spirit of the Lebanese people, promoting economic growth, and to fostering peace, stability, neutrality and democratic institutions in Lebanon in an effort to enhance the sovereignty, independence and freedom of the Republic of Lebanon.
Several local and international dignitaries attended the conference speaking about four different topics which are: Environment in Lebanon: Responsibility and Improvement; Technology in Lebanon: a comprehensive analyses; Infrastructure: Electricity, Water, Roads, Rails, Gas and Oil: Who Benefits?
The event was also attended by keynote speakers such as: Congressman Nick Rahal, Mr. Neemat Frem, and LARP mission III corporate leader, philanthropist George J. Esseff, Sr. of West Lake Village, California. Several Director Generals will speak on the panels including Abdel Moneim Youssef, Kamal Hayek, Fadi Comair and General Raymond Khattar.
