In celebration of Christmas and to infuse the atmosphere of happiness and joy, 'Gefinor Rotana' Hotel hosted the children's band "Les Petits Chanteurs de Saint Marc" (The Little Singers of St Marc) on December 19 to participate in the event hosted by the hotel. The children sang beautiful hymns inspired by the spirit of the season for 30 minutes, and performed in the presence of children from the charity 'Société Saint Vincent de Paul' and the families of the hotel's staff. 'Gefinor Rotana' also had a delicious buffet set up, which included a variety of dishes inspired by the occasion. The event turned out to host a huge number of children who enjoyed face painting and shared in laughter along with a clown dancer, and even included ginger bread decorations made in the form of houses, trees and people. Santa Claus was also present and sat on his chair to see what the kids Christmas wishes were and capture Polaroid images given to them, to keep this beautiful memory alive also gave them distinctive gifts.
On the other hand, on December 21 'Raouché Arjaan by Rotana' hosted the event created to support the awareness campaign for prostate cancer held throughout November and is known as the Movember Movement. The event included the launch of a video about the campaign in light of the presence of many well-known faces that have supported and participated in the cause.
The hotel distributed souvenirs bearing the logo of the movement which is the moustache and had staff wearing these moustaches.
