He is the owner of the Jiggers, one of the top Belgium bars that was selected in 2014 among the 10 most influential bar in Europe via Cocktails & Spirits Paris. In 2015 Jiggers made number 88 in Drinks International list which selects the world's best bars annually.
Olivier served his signature cocktails at Central station on Wednesday 3rd of February 2016.
