World-class chefs from two of The Leading Hotels of The World planned a gastronomic weekend at Le Royal Beirut on May 9-10, 2014.
Chef Christophe Schmitt from Le Diane, the Michelin-starred restaurant at Hôtel Fouquet's Barrière, which was awarded the Pierre Taittinger International Culinary Trophy, prepared the most sumptuous French menu that impressed fine diners at the event. Joining him is Hotel Majestic Barriere's Chef Maryan Gandon who has helped several restaurants from Paris to Cannes earn prestigious Michelin stars.
