The "Kobayat Festival" committee proudly announced, for the 2nd time in the province of Akkar, its 2nd festival. On August 16 2015, Assi Al Hallani enlightened the stage with his best hits and warm voice interacting like always with his fans as they sang along with him all his songs that they all know by heart.
