Celcius is a high-end restaurant and lounge offering international dishes and specialized in its meat section and rare cuts and signature cocktails. The concept is new to the Lebanese market as it offers a fusion between a bar-lounge with a resident DJ and late closing hours, and a full menu restaurant. The signature cuts offered in the menu are many of which: the Tomahawk steak and a selection of Wagyu meat cuts with a level 7 marbling. Duck, Austrich and Venison are also present on the menu. In addition to the meat selection, Celcius also offers a wide variety of famous international dishes such as the famous grilled thermidor Lobster or the mouthwatering Rossini Wagyu burger amongst many others.
Designed by the award-winning architect Gregory Gatserelia and his team, Celcius shines with its full marble interior, its iconic backlit onyx and modern ceiling. Celcius can take up to 170 covers including the outdoor area and its two bars.
