In the presence of Princess Hayat Arslan, Mrs. Karen Gemayel, a group of community women, fashion experts, prominent media personalities and friends, Ali Younes opened his first boutique in Downtown Beirut, which features his finest designs for Autumn-Winter 2017-2018, a selection of dresses that dazzled the audience.
The new collection, CAPSULE COLLECTION, includes twelve dresses without a wedding dress, in which the spirit of Egypt and Cleopatra, the designer was inspired by Egypt charm and added his modern touch and the spirit of royal luxury.
The new collection of designer Ali Younis was inspired by Elizabeth Taylor's "Cleopatra" movie, which takes us back to ancient Egypt and the pharaohs, displaying its distinctive and golden features in that period. Most of the fabrics use the VELVET and PLISSÉ, which was famous for the Pharaohs, and were designed by the designer Ali Younes using the golden color, indigo blue, dark red and black and lotus that is very famous in Egypt. The stencils were long and wide from the waist because the Pharaonic fashion was worn by the Roman style, such as the one-shoulder dressings, the DRAPPÉ on the chest, the shorts that came narrow on the waist and then wide at the bottom. The dresses are characterized by their delicate embroidery and high craftsmanship with SWAROVSKI crystals and METAL WIRE GOLD. The fur was also used in the hand-made red dress.
Designer Ali Younes has a special taste and style in fashion design, which is evident in his designs for the Haute Couture dresses. He cooperated with CEECODE BY CYNTHIA PENNIKIAN to issue two special PYRAMID PYTHON CLUTCH bags in line with his collection of Haute Couture Dresses.
