P.F Changs Opens Second Restaurant in Beirut City Centre

After the success of its first restaurant in ABC Achrafieh, the extremely popular P.F. Chang's Asian Bistro opened its second restaurant in Beirut City Centre - Hazmieh, marking its 11 location in the Middle East and 244 worldwide.

The opening night hosted VIP personalities, including head of Global Operations for P.F. Chang's, Mr. Roberto De Angelis. To match the ambiance, a traditional Chinese performance took place along with accompanying music. Professional Chinese calligraphers were also present to write guests' names in Chinese letters on their chopsticks.

"We make it our mission to ensure that every customer enjoys excellent service, incomparable flavors and an extraordinary experience every time they visit a P. F. Chang's. This has been the secret to our success for more than 20 years, and we are delighted to be introducing this unique experience to the discerning residents of Beirut," said Mr. DeAngelis. "I am delighted to be in Beirut for the launch of our second restaurant in this wonderful city and am looking forward to welcoming each visitor and sharing with them, our history, inspiration for the dishes and an experience they won't soon forget." he continued.

P.F. Chang's owns and operates over 210 restaurants within the United States and over 30 internationally, serving signature made-to-order dishes including the hugely popular Dynamite Shrimp, Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps and Mongolian Beef, to name a few, as well as desserts, and signature cocktails. Its fine Asian cuisine incorporates flavors from 5 different regions of China (Mongolian, Sichuan, Beijing, Shanghai, and Hunan), alongside eastern Asian creations and vegetarian specialties that cater to various dietary and cultural requirements.

P.F. Chang's is also famous for tailoring menus to each specific country according to cultural preferences, and works on granting every customer a pleasantly memorable dining experience.

Founded by Philip Chiang and Paul Fleming, P.F. Chang's first restaurant was opened in Scottsdale, Arizona in 1993. Soon after, the restaurant was named the "Most Popular Full-Service Restaurant Chain in America" according to the Zagat survey, a prominent curator of restaurant reviews.

P.F. Chang's has become the region's most popular casual dining brand through its unique stylish Asian-inspired cuisine combined with American hospitality in a sophisticated bistro setting and featuring contemporary design and superior service. The a-la-carte menu offers a variety of signature dishes, all prepared-to-order using only the freshest ingredients and cooked in Chinese woks at temperatures over 900 degrees Fahrenheit.
