Social innovation pitches

First project: Mobile library - to create a library in the camp where people can pay to borrow books they will actually learn from.

Ahmad, 19 *light check shirt

Abdulrahman, 21 * blue check shirt

Second project: Time Bank - donate your time and skills to someone to earn points and have someone donate their time and skills to you. For e.g a hairdresser will cut your family's hair if you build him a shed.

Yaser, 29 (they are a bigger team but he was representing them all today)

Third Project: Girls' Project - sustainable: using old scraps to create new bags for girls to buy.

Malak, 20 *wearing green

Faisa, 24 *red head scarf (didn't want photos)

Kafa'a, 6 years, born in Syria (wearing grey), is registering for first grade and will begin in September

"We play with our toys" says Kafa'a. "I play inside so I can keep my clothes clean. My mom will register me for school tomorrow. I'm going to learn how to read and write there. I don't like our birds. They wake me up very early in the morning. Dad loves them though. It's his hobby."
