Jennifer Lopez, 49, shocks fans with her impressive muscles

It seems Jennifer Lopez is putting on one hell of a show in Las Vegas.

The singer's All I Want residency at the Zappos Theatre is so physical it's given her huge bulging biceps.

And it's no wonder she feels like superwoman as she shows off her super toned muscles in a sensational social media snap.

Slipping into a little red dress, the stunning star flexes her arms to reveal the amazing results the show has had on her body.

With the muscles on her back and arms rippling, J.Lo looks as stunning as ever.

The 49-year-old said: "Feeling like superwoman after the show tonight! When I started this run I thought omg 15 shows in 27 days that's a lot... but I made a promise to myself that instead of letting it wear me down I would be even stronger at the end of it...

"I will work out and be in the best shape of my life... There were moments I was tired and there was travel and I had to fit in my workouts where I could... but here we are with only 3 shows left!! And I am having so many emotions but mostly just feeling strong, happy and grateful!!!"

Fans dubbed her an inspiration.

One said: "You're an inspiration back, booty, arms, body Goals!! "

"My superhero," another called her.

And another commented: "Wow, beautiful, you are a goddess!!"

J.Lo, who is rumoured to be engaged to boyfriend Alex Rodriguez, has had a lot to celebrate recently.

She was honoured at this year's MTV VMAs with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard prize, and gave an incredible performance as she worked her way through a medley of her hits, including I'm Real and My Love Don't Cost A Thing.
