During a dazzling and relaxing gathering, the Jazz Bar at Hilton Beirut Habtoor Grand hotel launched this week its new menu showcasing refreshing flavors and tantalizing dishes. Guests including foodies, loyal customers, bloggers and members of the press explored the signature dishes that feature the best seasonal ingredients while also swayed to the Jazzy rhythms of "Lara & the Hatters" band.
Aiming to enrich the culinary experience, the new menu is set to please its guests with mouth-watering plates, fresh salads and garnishes, a unique fusion of classic favorites and innovative European dishes along with a new selection of cocktails and premium drinks.
Commenting on the launch of the new menu, the Executive Chef of International Cuisine Jihad Dfouni said: "A recipe has no soul. As a chef you must bring soul to the recipe. Real cooking is more about following your heart, than following recipes. Regarding our newest pride; well it doesn't only have innovative flavors, but it also responds to the growing trends and demands of our amazing diners".
The contribution of three experienced chefs was the door key to create a refreshing menu that incorporates in season asparagus with Parma Ham, Lollipop Foie Gras, and baked goat cheese. Signature dishes include South African chicken eggplant, tuna salmon salad, grilled prawns and US tenderloin. The Jazz Bar dramatic dessert menu also received a seasonal upgrade with a selection of fresh flavors such as seasonal fruits including citrus iced parfait and exotic fruit coulis.
