Building on a four-year partnership, Boecker® and KidzMondo held a two-day meet-and-greet activity to bring young explorers a one-of-kind, hands-on experience in public health pest management awareness through entertaining and educational activities.
For two days, on Thursday, August 17 and Friday August 18, children who visited KidzMondo's learning city got the chance to simulate a real-life pest control experience and meet and interact with Dr. B, the official Boecker® mascot and an entomologist by profession.
The kids were excited to meet Dr. B who, along with KidzMondo's mascots Kozmo and Eena, engaged them in fun games and challenges. An informative video highlighting different pests and the best way to control them was screened for the children and several valuable prizes, including backpacks and insect toys, were also distributed.
KidzMondo's large indoor theme park enables children to experience adult professions, across different domains, in a fun and hands-on manner. The Boecker® pest control activity at KidzMondo offers children a chance to combat pests and learn more about public health in general.
Introducing Boecker® mascot is a new milestone in the long partnership between Boecker® and Kidzmondo. "We want to encourage kids to explore the world of insects and instill in them a natural curiosity about science and entomology," said Boecker® Country Manager Bana Kobrosly. From her end, KidzMondo Marketing Director Mirna Soueid thanked Boecker® for their active presence at KidzMondo from the very beginning. "Our collaboration was very fruitful in contributing to kids' education in this important public health field," said Soueid.
