Mrs Abeer Shoukini, an art director & a social entrepreneur, launched a new app of her creation and design, entitled "Bassara Arabiye". The app is dedicated for coffee fortune-telling lovers, and it connects the user with a real fortuneteller; where the user snaps a picture of her/his coffee cup, sends the image through the app, and receives a voice note from the fortuneteller with a reading based on the image. The app is available for download on both iPhone and Android systems, and is free with additional paid features.
The app's launching took place on Saturday October 15th, in a social brunch event held by the lawyer Maha Najem, at Ashghalouna, an NGO working on artisanal works and women’s empowerment.
In the course of the same event, lawyer Maha Najem and Tv Presenter Chantal Srour launched their NGO “Suppotive Mothers Organization”
