Historic Sites Kousba Kousba Tourism Visit Lebanon

It's a village situated on a bottom of a mountain near Kadisha river,on an average height of 450 m above sea level.
It's one of the most inhabitant village in Koura area.
It's consists of 6km2 of lands including lots of historical monuments,touristic and religious sites,teaching institutions,sports club,churches and monasteries and social clubs.
Did you know that...
-In Syriac,Kousba means "the hidden"due to its wonderful location hidden among the pine trees.And in arabic it means "the winner".
-There are 6 churches and couvents at Kousba dating back to the 15th & 16th & 17th century.
-Kousba is one of the largest villages in Koura area and a commercial center in the region.
-Kousba has a large space of olive groves & pine trees forest.
