Dear hikers,
An unforgettable hike will be waiting for us.
Our destination will be in metn district under the mount of sannine.
Our day will be divided to 2 categories:
1-visiting mtein village to discover its fine architectural features, palaces and dwellings from different periods, serves as a find examples. But what is typical of the village is best seen in its central square. Without forgetting, the old ottoman, the museum of art and the kontar's guest house which is an old ottoman castle that ages more than 350 years. Also, we will have our delicious breakfast at forn day3a.
2- hiking from mamboukh till chabroukh (this trail is divided into 2 parts: first part of the trail part of the lmt section 15 and the second part of the trail part of the literary trail - mickael neaime)
Our hike will start from mamboukh at an altitude of 1500m. We will see beautiful views, Roman tombs and Roman inscriptions on rocks, artificial lakes, old abandoned houses, grotto of seif dawle.
All of these sceneries we can see them while we are hiking from 1500 till 1280m than going in an uphill till we reach an altitude of 1560m near the tomb of Michael naimeh in Chakhroub.
We can have our lunch during the hike.
