Following anniversary celebrations in Milan, Shanghai, Miami, Los Angeles, Taipei and Bangkok, Le Cercle celebrated the 30th anniversary of Fendi Casa in Beirut on March 20th.
To commemorate this anniversary, Fendi Casa paid homage to three iconic products, each embodying a decade of heritage and craftsmanship, by reinterpreting them into new pieces that have toured the world and were unveiled in Lebanon on March 20th.
For this occasion, special windows were created, with these three iconic products. The first re-edited piece is the Cosima Dormeuse (1994), a living proposal of timeless elegance, characterized by soft volumes and deep-buttoned leather upholstery. Expressing of a sophisticated style, it is reproduced with a seat upholstered in blue nubuck leather combined with the Claudio armchair and the Ripetta pouf.
The Eros Sofa (2004) is the innovative essence of the Fendi Casa design, which immediately became an icon of style for its versatility and balanced design, characterized by the minimal line of its metal base. Initially presented with crocodile - effect leather upholstery in a delicate powdery shade, today it has been updated with beige leather upholstery and contrasting blue details.
Finally, the new One Sofa (2018) is a synthesis of stylistic rigor and contemporary composure, an emblem of the impeccable Fendi Casa production of 2018.
These iconic luxury-furnishing pieces represent timeless elegance, minimalistic design, and a contemporary touch reflecting the bold and sophisticated aesthetic of Fendi Casa.
The three tributes to Fendi Casa's heritage will remain on display through April 2019 at the Fendi Casa showroom.
The evening of the anniversary event was filled with a warm ambiance where guests were invited to revel in a beautiful performance art installation by the Beirut Contemporary Ballet. In true Italian aperitivo style, more than four hundred A-listers, had the opportunity to mingle and enjoy the beautiful designs, majestic art and Italian heritage. Describing the event, Daniele Vignatelli, vice president of Luxury Living Group, said that 'out of all the major design capitals of the world, this 30th celebration was one of the best [he had] seen'. During the event Bruno Hitti, CEO of Le Cercle, spoke about the importance of the Fendi Casa brand in showcasing heritage and true craftsmanship.
