Enter The Smoke House, the first of its kind restaurant in Lebanon, taking inspiration from Smoke houses across the globe.
The concept is unique, yet simple and definitely doesn't compromise on quality. The Smoke House is known for its exceptional smoked meat, hence the name of this causal old-fashioned restaurant that opened its doors to the public in October.
Everything from the interior atmosphere and loaded bar, to the staff's attire and utensils used, give off an old fashioned smokehouse vibe that already whets your appetite for the heavenly taste of smoked meat you're about to carve into. To make the place even cozier, The Smoke House hosts a live violin player every Friday and Saturday night.
Here's how it works:You choose the kind of wood to be smoked on. Flavors include cherry, hickory, Bourbon oak, oak, and apple. Cooking times range from 4 hours for the chicken and 3.5 hours for the salmon to 5 hours for the steak and up to 8 hours for the pork ribs! Reservations are highly recommended.
Customers can indulge in their choice of Saint Louis pork ribs, Porterhouse steak, lemon butter dill Salmon, and garlic chicken. And if meat isn't for you, they have a Smoked Vegan option!
