To celebrate Hilton Worldwide Global Week of Sales, Hilton Beirut Metropolitan Palace & Hilton Beirut Habtoor Grand, the leading 5-star luxury hotels in Beirut, organized a wide array of interactive activities across a week under Hilton's global corporate responsibility theme "Travel with Purpose". Aiming to highlight the significant role corporate partners play in positioning Lebanon on the business hospitality map, as well as adopting an environmental sustainability approach through these relationships, Hilton senior executives and sales managers shared their strong commitment to making corporate meetings more productive, efficient and eco-friendly, while focusing on the well-being of the guests.
"We are on a mission to halve our environmental footprint by 2030. We will achieve that by offering services that help reduce waste, energy and usage of water. The global award-winning program "Travel with Purpose" offers professionals and corporate clients a menu of options that make it easy to incorporate sustainable, impactful and healthy choices that deliver on the broader corporate responsibility commitments of our customers and Hilton," said Malek Fakhro, Cluster Commercial Director of Hilton Beirut Habtoor Grand and Hilton Beirut Metropolitan Palace. "Worldwide, Hilton gathered feedback from customers and sales team members to identify the most pressing sustainability issues for meetings and events so to tackle them meaningfully," he added.
"Our sales professionals truly are purpose-led, with a two-fold mission: to expertly guide their business-to-business customers towards making purchasing decisions that will best meet their meeting, travel or corporate objectives; and to help our hotels meet their commercial goals through full alignment and active engagement", concluded Fakhro.
