On Thursday, Hilton Beirut Habtoor Grand launched their fabulous weekly guéridon nights at the hotel’s signature restaurant, Le Ciel. Corporate clients and food critics were invited to explore a marvelous display of beef and seafood delights, featuring a guéridon service where food was cooked, finished and presented to them at their table, from a moveable trolley.
Always striving to deliver outstanding and unforgettable experiences, the hotel’s talented culinary team, led by Executive Chef Jihad Dfouni, concocted a unique concept combining the guéridon service with Le Ciel’s gastronomic cuisine, offering food connoisseurs new flavors and re-introducing French cuisine in an innovative approach.
